A pass inside one tool is not page-level conformance

WCAG conformance concerns complete web pages and, where a page belongs to a sequence needed to complete an activity, complete processes. Meeting one success criterion or passing one color, markup, or content check does not show that every applicable requirement has been met.

W3C guidance explains that no evaluation tool alone can determine whether a site meets accessibility standards. Knowledgeable human evaluation is required, and testing commonly combines automated checks with manual and usability evaluation.

Generated table markup, suggested colors, rewritten wording, structural examples, and other outputs are starting points. WordPress themes, page builders, style sheets, scripts, browser defaults, localization, dynamic content, and later editing can change their meaning or behavior.

Scores and timing numbers require context

Readability formulas estimate selected surface features of English text. They do not measure factual accuracy, tone, logical order, cultural clarity, domain knowledge, disability experience, or whether necessary technical language has been explained. A lower grade-level estimate is not automatically better writing.

Caption reading-speed calculations describe the relationship between text length and display time. They do not establish that captions are accurate, synchronized, complete, appropriately segmented, well positioned, or usable for every viewer.
